The challenge involved efficiently managing an extensive inventory of over 1.4 million antique listings on an eCommerce platform while supporting complex user interactions for buying, selling, and auctioning. This included ensuring secure transactions and effective user account management. Additionally, the platform needed to handle extensive content management and a subscription service, all while maintaining performance and scalability to support growing traffic and order volumes.

Robust Tech Solution for Kovels' Antique Listings and User Management

To address Kovels’ challenges, AQe Digital deployed a comprehensive tech stack, optimizing SQL Server for data management and using WordPress custom post types and bulk upload plugins for antique listings. We enhanced user interactions with dynamic HTML templates and JavaScript, integrated secure payments via WooCommerce, and streamlined order and content management with WooCommerce, WordPress CMS, and MemberPress. Performance was improved with caching solutions, minified code, and scalable cloud hosting to efficiently handle growing traffic.
