Lead Generation Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive the acquisition of qualified leads for our software services offerings, leveraging a mix of inbound and outbound marketing tactics.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify target industries, segments, and personas for software services, and develop insights into their pain points, needs, and preferences.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads through effective lead scoring and segmentation, and conduct outreach to prospects to gather additional information, assess their needs, and identify potential opportunities for engagement.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold emailing, cold calling, and social selling, to engage with target accounts and decision-makers and generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement lead nurturing campaigns and workflows to engage and nurture leads throughout the buyer’s journey, providing relevant content and resources to educate, inform, and build trust with prospects.
  • CRM Management: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Zoho) to track lead activity, manage lead data and information, and ensure timely follow-up and engagement with leads to drive conversion and pipeline growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including lead volume, quality, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to optimize lead generation efforts and drive results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or IT field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or related roles, preferably in the software services industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, techniques, and best practices, with hands-on experience in executing successful lead generation campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and engage with prospects effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and optimize campaigns to improve performance and drive results.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM software (e.g., Zoho), and other digital marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
