Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract potential customers.
- Identify and engage with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Utilize various lead generation tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment of lead generation efforts with overall business goals.
- Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and nurture leads through the sales funnel to convert them into customers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Lead Generation Head or similar role in the retail or eCommerce industry.
- Strong understanding of lead generation processes and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
