Manage and grow AQe’s social media presence, including content creation, community management, and social listening
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement
Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product) to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with overall business goals
Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success (MQL generation, lead nurturing, etc.)
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing)
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and leverage marketing data
Experience with content creation and social media management tools
Experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Passion for the software industry and a strong understanding of B2B marketing
