Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow AQe’s social media presence, including content creation, community management, and social listening
  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product) to ensure all marketing activities are aligned with overall business goals
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a proven track record of success (MQL generation, lead nurturing, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and leverage marketing data
  • Experience with content creation and social media management tools
  • Experience with PPC platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Passion for the software industry and a strong understanding of B2B marketing
